When I use hands free speaker the sound is not clear and I can't hear it properly ?
In order to turn the hands free speaker phone function on you need to press the 'Hands Free' sign. Which is usually located at the the right hand side corner of 'WWWMobile' screen.
My 'WWWMobile' touch screen is not working properly with the stylus (pin)?
This is due to your 'Collaboration' setting is out. You need to do the collaboration, by going into the watch mobile settings, simply follow the instruction to collaborate. For further help please click 'Help & Support' at the bottom of this page.
Why my Bluetooth has wire?
This is a new advance technology to avoid any physical damage and for better reception for stereo sound effect to reduce the distortion.
How much Post & Packaging will cost me?
The price is including Insurance, Post & Packaging. Depending on your location it could vary from $20 to $30 which is included in the price.

Yes six months warranty with proof of purchased (receipt) you will get free parts & repair service. Though you need to pay for the postage for both sides.
What happens if my six months warranty has expired?
We will provide parts & repair service after sale even if you have no warranty left. But you need to pay for the parts & repair as well as postage for both sides.
