Wanna Wear Watch Mobile Believes in Simple Rules

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the WWWMobile, related products sold in the United Kingdom. By accepting delivery of the products, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in WWWMobile's sole discretion.

Return Policy & Important Points

Please take your time when selecting and buying your 'WWWMobile' as we do not want our customers to lose any money on returns.

If you do change your mind and would like to change the model you have ordered or cancel it. We certainly don't mind, we know it's very difficult when you have too many choices.

It's only possible, if the goods are not already despatched (due to funds clearance, it's usually takes about 3-5 working days to despatch). So please inform us as soon as possible at: orders@wannawearwatchmobile.com

Obviously! Even if the goods are already despatched and you still like to change your order or cancel it, there is no need to panic, you can still return within 7 days. It will only cost you delivery charges.

As we care about our customers a lot and for total peace of mind, Even if you have passed 7 days limit (but within 28 days) and would like to return the goods (goods must be unused & in original packing, delivery charges are not refundable in any case). We are more than happy to give you a Credit Voucher which can be use at any time to purchase 'WWWMobile' products.

Goods must be unused & should be in original packing. Otherwise you will not be able to make a claim for refunds or exchange.

We regret to say that the goods will be despatched only after We received full payment in advance.

It is very important and its your responsibility to make sure at the time of delivery that the package is not damaged or tampered and has no missing items. It is essential that you should communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver and don't accept it. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it will be not possible to claim later.

It is unlikely, If the goods are not in stock by the time we received your payment. We will inform you and try our best to despatch the goods as soon as possible (within 28days) or If not we will offer the full refund. The images of the products are only for illustration purpose. The actual product can be different then the picture.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier`s website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

In addition to the price of goods, you are required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, if you return. 
 

The goods you order will be delivered to only the address on your card address you given when you place your order as long as all payment conditions are met.  

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your order under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you only within the 7 days period, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery. 

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible. 

The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date.
 

Warranty 

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of invoice (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier`s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier`s approval. 

It is highly unlikely, if the goods supplied to you are damaged faulty. Customer should notify the Supplier via the e-mail or by phone within 48 hours.   

Claiming your refund due to faulty goods under the warranty, customer must provide the original receipt with the goods otherwise warranty does not affect.

All our products comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects

This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 month after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repairs the item, replace the item with an identical new item and replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept. All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance. Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

How fast can you get your products?

  • Your order will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 3-5 working days after your payment is received and confirmed.
  • The time from when you pay to the time when you received the goods is typically 5-14 business days.
  • After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number.
  • Although it takes about from our warehouse to your doorstep 5 to 14 business days approximately, but please allow us 28 days only in the extreme circumstances of high traffic.

Receiving your delivery

  • Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
  • It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid phone number.
  • If you believe your package has missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

Our warranty

  • To guarantee the quality of the products you buy, we've put in place a rigorous Quality Control process for all our products.
  • Every product you buy has been quality controlled by QC technicians before it leaves the warehouse. 
  • All products are visually inspected for good appearance. 
  • All products are switched on and have their main functions tested one by one. 
  • All packages are checked to ensure they contain the correct accessories. Accessories such as Earphones, Chargers, Bluetooth and cables are tested as well. 

Taxes & Duties

Taxes & duties and any other applicable taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are based on rates provided by your country and the shipping courier. WannaWearWatchMobile cannot control or quote you on these taxes, fees or charges. Please contact your local government for more details.
